3. Training Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. Participants must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment is required before accessing training materials. Refunds are available if requested 7+ days before program start; administrative fees may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and methodologies are the property of Ecosphere Analytics. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our materials without written consent.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt our operations. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ecosphere Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kano State.
